Κωνσταντίνος Βούζας

Kostas Vouzas is the Executive Director of M Energy Customer Solutions, overseeing Protergia’s activities. With more than 20 years of experience in the utilities and telecom industries, he has led major retail and channel operations. Kostas is skilled in product development, go-to-market strategies, retail channel management, and enhancing customer experience. His experience includes expanding telecom networks, improving omnichannel strategies, and optimizing retail operations. Prior to M Energy, he served as a Retail Director at Cosmote. Kostas holds a BSc from Athens University of Economics & Business and an MBA from the University of Glamorgan.
